Sparkling wine meets 1800 Cristalino

  • 45ml 1800 Cristalino
  • 7ml lime juice
  • 7ml lemon juice
  • 7ml simple syrup
  • 30ml sparkling wine
  • Garnish: lemon twist

Add all ingredients apart from wine to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake, and strain into a flute. Top with sparkling wine and add a lemon twist.
