- 60ml 1800 Coconut
- 60ml pineapple juice
- 60ml coconut cream
- 120g diced frozen pineapple
- Garnish: pineapple slice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a tall glass of your choice over ice, and serve with a pineapple garnish.
