There’s nothing old fashioned about this cocktail

  • 60ml 1800 Añejo
  • 22ml Demerara syrup
  • 22ml carrot juice
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: salt, pepper and lime wheel

Add a salt and pepper rim to a rocks glass. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake well. Serve over ice in your rocks glass with a lime wheel garnish.
